Is FreeInvoices really free?

Yes. The invoice generator is free forever — no account, no watermark, no limits on what you can download.

Do I need to sign up?

No. There is no account and nothing to sign up for — open the page, create the invoice and download it.

Where is my data stored?

In your browser's local storage on your own device. Your invoice details are not uploaded to our servers.

How do I get a PDF?

Click Download PDF on the generator. The PDF is generated in your browser and saves straight to your device — no print dialog required.

Can I add my logo and brand colors?

Yes. Upload a logo on the generator page and it appears on the invoice preview and the exported PDF.

Which currencies are supported?

Nine, with automatic symbol and number formatting — USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, ZAR, INR, PKR and JPY.

Can I charge VAT or sales tax?

Yes. Set any tax percentage and an optional discount; the totals recalculate as you type.

Is this accounting software?

No. There is no ledger, payroll, or bank sync. FreeInvoices does one thing: a clean invoice PDF in two minutes.
