Your data stays local
Invoices you create with the generator are processed entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your invoice content, client details, or logo to any server.
Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregated usage statistics, such as page views, so we can understand which parts of the site are useful. This reporting cannot identify you personally. Analytics storage stays denied until you accept non-essential cookies: before that, no analytics cookies are set and any measurement signals Google receives are cookieless and cannot identify you. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics to count visits; it is cookieless (no cookies, no personal identifiers) and needs no consent.
Advertising
FreeInvoices is free because it displays advertising supplied by Google AdSense. The AdSense script is loaded only after you accept non-essential cookies; if you reject them, no ad units are requested at all. Google may use cookies or device identifiers to select and measure ads once consent is given.
Google Ads measurement
We use the Google tag (gtag.js) for Google Ads conversion measurement. The tag script loads on every page, but ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalisation stay denied until you accept non-essential cookies — before then, no advertising cookies are set and any signals sent to Google are cookieless.
Cookies and local storage
We store your work — invoices, quotes, saved customers, products and settings — and your cookie choice in your browser's local storage on this device. That local data is essential to the tool working and is never transmitted to us. Optional advertising and analytics cookies are only used after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time. See our cookie policy for the full list.
Third parties
We do not sell or share personal information. Once you consent, Google acts as a third-party provider for analytics, advertising and ads measurement; Ahrefs provides cookieless visitor statistics; and Google Fonts and our hosting provider serve static assets. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Invoice content is never sent to any of them.
